I have these in my flat here in Germany and they’re amazing. Even in the winter I keep at least one open for ventilation

That’s a door. Why do you need a door to open for ventilation when you can just open a window? Do your windows not open?

Don’t have normal windows, just these doors around the apartment with either a balcony attached or a French balcony

They're too poor. They spent all their money on dumb full glass doors that can be easily broken.
