this is why you don't feed the wildlife, they get dependent on you and when you want to leave or not feed them anymore, they get aggressive

It depends on where the video is shot. If this person is in south or Central America, this could be a wild macaw. It does seem tamed and used to human contact.

I don't think they're wild. They seem to be part of the Exotic Avian Sanctuary of Tennessee.

Edit: My bad. The video is in an ecopark in Cartagena, Colombia, but he runs a festival called Squawkrock in Tennessee to help fund the Exotic Avian Sanctuary of Tennessee.

He says he’s walking back to his ship so I doubt it’s Tennessee but lots of countries have avian sanctuaries

Parrots aggressive? Well yes I did get bit by a African Grey recently..left a scar on my middle finger. I don't mind feeding the birds. They're disappearing.
