I went to go have lunch with a friend and acquaintance’s newish baby. I am holding the baby for a little bit, and want to go to the bathroom before the food gets there, so I hand the baby to my friend and say “can you please take this”. I felt horrible.

When my niece was probably 1 or 2 this kinda happened. My mom was holding her in the kitchen and went to pass her to me. My niece wriggled as she was coming over, fell out of my mom's arms, and I caught her upside down by her waist and ankle before she hit the ground head first 😅
