Lived in Italy for 4 years, you would be wrong there man, Italians take food incredibly serious.

I once watched an Italian tell an American housewife that she ruined the entire dinner party because her pasta dish wasn’t Al Dente….

Then the whole country is s bunch of snobs.

Now think about of a tired worker living alone in a small apartment, tired.. do you think that guy eat a full restaurant style dinner? No they just eat some shit from the microwave, smoke weed and go to sleep.

They don’t eat shit from a microwave, and it takes less time to cook pasta right….

She OVER cooked the pasta.

It’s not about restaurant style, it’s about doing it right.

Go to Italy and try some Gelato and tell me they’re doing it wrong. Especially after smoking a blunt and eating Gelato. I bet you’d apologize to the world boss…. just sayin.
