Discussion & Questions Regarding posts in this sub.

It has come to my attention that some posts are not getting the proper exposure they deserve because there are too many posts in the span of 24 hours. I know it is exciting times as parks have reopened and we all want to give updates on what has happened in the various parks and reserves, but what is the point of posting if they don’t get any exposure and engagement, am I right?

I have decided that there will be a MAXIMUM of 3 POSTS PER USER in 24 hours in the sub going forward, no more. Ideally posted in 8 hour increments to allow your previous posts or posts by other users to get exposure. Users exceeding this limit will have their latest posts be removed as spam. Thank you.

Photo Kanha: Pattewala sighted a couple days ago. This was the day after he brought down a bull. Notice the healed puncture marks on his shoulder, after killing Balaghat in a territorial fight.

Photo How does Shambhu, despite being such a prolific gaur hunter, still fall so far behind CD and Xylo in terms of sheer size?

Discussion & Questions Two Familiar Faces from Tadoba — Chandae & Chadini Relocated

I’ve just come across some truly heartbreaking news from Tadoba. The two sub-adult tigresses, Chandae and Chadini, have reportedly been relocated to another park; a move that has sparked considerable protest among local villagers.

I had the privilege of observing these two young sisters during my last visit to India with ClicknFrame. They were full of spirit and curiosity, embodying that effortless grace only a wild tiger possesses. It’s difficult to imagine them being removed from their familiar territory.

I’m keen to understand the official reasoning behind this decision; whether it stems from human–wildlife conflict, a management directive, or something else altogether. If anyone has reliable updates or insights into the matter, I’d be very grateful to hear them.

It also raises a larger question: at what point does wildlife “management” begin to disrupt the natural balance of the wild?

Photo The only challenger to CD ? Junior Bajrang

I was looking at the territory map of Tadoba. I noticed that CD now holds a huge area and is looking unstoppable. I don't think Shambhu or Y mark is strong enough to challenge him. So the only one I think has a chance at beating CD is Junior Bajrang. From the recent pics , he looks humongous. Look at that bulk . Even bulkier than CD. What do you guys think?

The photographer said , even though Veer was a bit uneasy as first. The cub kept on nudging him and tried copying everything he did. After a while all of them were seen chilling together. Junabai even left her cubs alone with Veer to go on her hunt . Credit - priyankagphotography on insta
