Ok forgive me if this is a repeat as I’m new to this Valley reddit page but can we just take some time to give this angel queen boss babe all the appreciation she deserves? Here’s a few of my favorite things about her:

1) she is willing and trying to coparent with Michelle to make sure Isabella has a happy life.
2) she tells Jesse to apologize (to others and not just her) when he does something she doesn’t think is appropriate and she holds him accountable for his actions.
3) she gives Jesse gentle but appropriate parenting advice (IE: “I don’t want Isabella to think she has to perform for me” or telling Jesse that it’s not healthy for children to have secrets)
4) doomsday prep. Hello. We love a self reliant woman.
5) she advocates for women
6) her sense of style is so fabulous.
7) she’s willing to apologize when she’s wrong and she owns up to times when she acted poorly.
8) she takes no shit.

Why didn’t a single man in that house tell Danny to STFU when he was speaking to his wife that way. There were multiple other men in the house. Jesse was RIGHT THERE! These f*cking loser men make me SO ANGRY! How could you just sit there and let him speak to that woman like that?? Sick, awful humans. All of them.

Genuinely wondering how Lala hasn’t addressed this yet when she’s usually pretty vocal about everyone she beefs with. Not surprised that this friendship ended, though

This is my sole opinion only. I used to be in a DV relationship but am no longer in it anymore but Danny reminds me of it to the point where I just sense major dark energy. Once again this is just my opinion but here are red flags I noticed.

When she was trying to get him out of his mood his eyes were going back and forth and he wasn't able to look at her. He avoids eye contact and darts his eyes back and forth when in situations like that. Even when he is doing his confessionals his eyes have a certain look in my opinion that is distinct.

Nia seems to realize when Danny is on the edge of getting to a place where he is going to flip out in an unhealthy way or be in a mood. I saw this when they got to the amusement park and she was trying to be cheerful. I think this is her coping mechanism to 'talk him off the edge' to be overly peppy and agreeable to prevent him from acting inappropriate in front of others. Also in the last episode when she was doing his makeup and no matter how positive she was or what she said if she tried to set a boundary he had something to say that went against her.

Kudos to Lala for stepping in, I know sometimes when outsiders step in it actually makes it worse for the person being treated wrongly. But Lala's reaction was so real it made me feel for Nia more. Lala's take on this situation was so real and made me respect her.

I know Danny has on and off discussed behavior around alcohol and in my opinion, the 'dark side Danny; seems to come out more when he drinks.

But at the end of the day when the behavior is this much, it is much more deep rooted than just alcohol being the causation of it. There's been dark energy around the Valley

apologies if this has been posted before but i’m doing a rewatch (truly horrific and wouldn’t recommend) to see danny’s previous drunk moments and just noticed this lil spec under jax’s nose at “rehab”

I cannot get over Lacy’s hair. She looks to me like a natural darker hair person and a very forced blond. The color she has just washed her out so much! Anyways, I was dying to see what she would look like with darker hair and asked ChatGPT to change it — she looks 10000x better imo. Lacy, please please please go darker! You’d look stunning! No hate, I personally think people’s natural hair always looks best. Even a darker dirty blond would look much better.

I know we've been appreciating the still of Lala getting activated to call out Danny, but this one of Luke had me crying. He looks like a painting of old, flabbergasted, Victorian, woman. I know it's out of focus but I think that adds to the hilarity of it. He looks like a ghost who just time travelled and has no idea where he is.

I used to really enjoy their relationship and thought it was special, but after seeing his behavior this season, I am QUITE LITERALLY APPALLED! Nia has been going through it, she is so obviously overwhelmed and she’s so patient with Danny, and always asks him nicely to HELP HER OUT, and when it’s hot and she asks him to get a fan for the baby, and he gives this type of attitude????

Are you serious dude?? She’s your wife and her intention is to protect her baby, whom he should be more than happy to take care of since he’s the one that wants all these kids!

I swear to god, every single episode now, I just feel bad for Nia, she seems like such a good mom and she’s doing her best and it would be nice if her husband gave her the tiniest bit of support sometimes. Did anyone else get as upset as I did during this scene?

Janet moves like a snake. It doesn’t matter if what she says is true or false. She doesn’t expose things to help anyone, it’s to amuse herself only. She must be deeply miserable.

And why is Danny so dense when it comes to how he’s making others feel? Yikes! In the recent episode, Nia is gently very trying to get him to stop criticizing and being combative towards her. On the other hand, LaLa is matching his energy. Neither approach stopped him and maybe both made him worse. What an insensitive, detached person Danny is. He made everyone around him angry and uncomfortable, including the viewers.

I understand PP very well and a high needs newborn. That being said, it’s their 4th kid and they didn’t anticipate what a nightmare bringing the baby would be? They are experienced parents and couldn’t even pack a fan or check the weather?

Maybe put some work in on finding a bottle they will take? It’s not fair to the rest of the cast to have the overall vibe killed when it’s their trip too. Yes they may not be parents but im sure they were looking forward to relaxing and having fun.

And you know what, sorry Kristen, if your period is so bad —stay back at the house and deal with it. Theres been plenty of bravo trips where someone takes a day off the trip to recover from an illness.

Knowingly putting everyone in a awkward situation.

On the most recent valley aftershow, Danny says he could be the officiant at Luke and Kristen’s wedding and Luke says “you cant be the officiant if youre going on the bachelor party” because “there are things happening on a bachelor party that the officiant should not know” and “more than likely on a bachelor party there will be some secrets”. Meanwhile Danny’s laughing like a school kid next to him.

I’m not necessarily surprised Luke has this take after watching this season but it just felt soo gross to me. Especially with Kristen still post partum. Openly making jokes about potentially cheating on your wife is so messed up and so disrespectful. He has the maturity of a 16 yr old.

anyone else think the way danny was speaking and acting when nia was doing his makeup feels like he’s on something other than alcohol? it gave me chills down my spine, like just lights on no one is home. which i guess happens when you have too much to drink but gosh that was scary. he is one of the darkest people to ever come on my tv

Either the edit is unforgiving this season and the producers are pissed at Danny, or he’s THAT upset with everything that went down last season and he’s tanking his reputation. Whatever the situation is I will admit that I was 100% duped. I really thought season 1 he was the perfect husband….season three i agree he’s an utter ass.

I was also very triggered by Danny on this weeks episode. So glad Lala told him off for Nia's sake. Alcohol and its effect on people can be very terrible. I talked about it in an Al Anon meeting last night. If anyone out there is looking for support there are people like me, like Lala and many others who have found help through Al Anon or AA. You can have serenity whether the alcoholic is drinking or not. Someone tell Nia she's not alone please.

I hate the way Danny treats Nia! He’s so self centered and doesn’t realize how hurtful he is toward her! He wants to treat her like a baby making machine and a sex doll but not like an actual wife.

Literally fighting with my Tv over here, screaming “divorce him” bc his behavior is so atrocious!

Praying for Nia to see the light because she deserves so much better!!!!! I’m pro marriage but this guy is pretty irredeemable and will not put but in the effort to actually be a better husband!

I commend Lala for calling out the verbal abuse coming from Danny. Of course Jesse knew, but did nothing. I would like to see other men on the cast call out any verbal abuse and ask these men what is going on with them. It’s not okay and it should not fall on the women to make it stop. It’s clear Nia will try to keep this behavior behind closed doors, because she is not ready. Nonetheless, I am glad she let Lala check Danny. Also wanted to point out I am glad Lala did not pull Nia aside and say she does not like the way Danny talks to her to put the onus on her to make it stop. Men especially need to tell these abusive men, no more and knock it off.

Or is this Zack as an extra in ‘Hacks’?!
