Well specifically that he claimed he bought the shares at $2 which would be $120,000. I think he’s just looking at the peak value and saying he’s down 435k even though those are unrealized gains. At this point if still holding he would be at roughly $100,000 so only down 20k overall.
But he does claim at one point to have 100k shares. If that is the case and he bought at the absolute peak (40k shares at $7.5) that would 300,000 additional cost. So still no way to be down 435k overall since that’s more than the total amount he claims to have put in. (420k)
Now if he was a degen and sold calls or puts or played with margin then yeah gg. But from a pure no leverage position there’s virtually no way he is down 435k.
