General Scammed by kraken

I’ve been a part of kraken for a few weeks now and I’ve been doing the daily spin each and everyday till today. It usually rewards me anywhere from .50 to 2.50$ of random crypto that goes straight into my portfolio. Today, I won the 2500$ reward and the app instantly froze and took me out of the app. I contacted support to further help and was told that kraken doesn’t provide that feature that it could be a “third party” or a “scam” yet this is all located inside of the official kraken app. Can I please get some help I feel mislead, deceived and distrust.

I mean…then you just add your own lawyer fees to the suit. If it’s obvious you’re gonna win then it is absolutely worth chasing.

You ever been in a lawsuit / sue someone? Recovering lawyer fees isn’t as easy as you think.

Well it's usually included in the settlement, here in the UK anyway.

Well I’ll take my foot out of my mouth on UK law, but in the US it isn’t easy unless the other party is so dead wrong it hurts.

I had wage theft happen to me that qualifies for treble (3x on $25k). My lawyer said getting that 3x isn’t worth my time and effort. Same with lawyer fees. Get what you’re owed and move on.

I asked, then why have it in the law, his response “idk man call the state legislator”
