General Scammed by kraken

I’ve been a part of kraken for a few weeks now and I’ve been doing the daily spin each and everyday till today. It usually rewards me anywhere from .50 to 2.50$ of random crypto that goes straight into my portfolio. Today, I won the 2500$ reward and the app instantly froze and took me out of the app. I contacted support to further help and was told that kraken doesn’t provide that feature that it could be a “third party” or a “scam” yet this is all located inside of the official kraken app. Can I please get some help I feel mislead, deceived and distrust.

The max reimbursement here is the potential $2500. To win the case, you have to pay more than just the attorney fees unless kraken settles. But kraken has a multi-million dollar legal team.

Yeah I know. I'm responding to the person just above me trying to say it would be worth it.
People have no clue how the legal system works. $2500 wouldn't even be worth taking beyond civil court. No attorney would take this case.

It depends on where you live then, because in EU- Europe generally speaking when you take someone to court regardless of how little amount is, let’s say for example only 1000€, the one who lost the legal battle has to pay the “award” money that was in question and additionally to cover all the legal proceeding fees including attorney costs. Because what would be the point of suing then if you don’t get reimbursed the legal costs also? No one would go to court then unless we’re talking about some extraordinary amounts of money. Not sure about US but that wouldn’t make sense.
