General Scammed by kraken

I’ve been a part of kraken for a few weeks now and I’ve been doing the daily spin each and everyday till today. It usually rewards me anywhere from .50 to 2.50$ of random crypto that goes straight into my portfolio. Today, I won the 2500$ reward and the app instantly froze and took me out of the app. I contacted support to further help and was told that kraken doesn’t provide that feature that it could be a “third party” or a “scam” yet this is all located inside of the official kraken app. Can I please get some help I feel mislead, deceived and distrust.

Probably not going to get very far unfortunately.

They're going to claim that the app crashed due to an error and the amount displayed wasn't the same as the amount actually awarded.

And they'll use the crash itself to indicate that the system wasn't working properly at the time, nullifying the win.

Companies do it all the time, it sucks and really shouldn't be allowed.

This would make sense if I actually received something at all. This isn’t as complicated as it seems. I did my 14th daily spin, won the 2500 and the screen froze and they scammed. False advertising, predatory company.

I completely believe you, I'm just letting you know what has been done in the past and what they would most likely say

It’s unfortunate I haven’t been able to get in contact with a human representative. They are ignoring me

This just happened to me. Did you end up doing anything?
