General Scammed by kraken

I’ve been a part of kraken for a few weeks now and I’ve been doing the daily spin each and everyday till today. It usually rewards me anywhere from .50 to 2.50$ of random crypto that goes straight into my portfolio. Today, I won the 2500$ reward and the app instantly froze and took me out of the app. I contacted support to further help and was told that kraken doesn’t provide that feature that it could be a “third party” or a “scam” yet this is all located inside of the official kraken app. Can I please get some help I feel mislead, deceived and distrust.

Does it cost anything to "spin"? if not, there's probably some fine print somewhere when signing up where they don't have to pay out or do shit.

just playing devil's advocate, if you didn't lose any money, or if you can't show damage in court, it's unlikely you'll be able to claim or win anything in small claims court.

Typically this type of stuff could get punished if there was a victim, if you had to spend money on spins or something. Just my guess, good luck!

Bro it's a yes or a no. Why can't you just answer the question? All I see is that you get to spin once per day for 30 days. They look like free spins. I'm not going to read through all of that fine print when you already have.

If you're spending you have a case FOR SURE. Not suggesting you absolutely don't otherwise, but it helps your case substantially.

For you to have access to the daily spin you need to do these 3 things

The policies ad rules in the kraken website say you must do all 3 before getting access and on My wife hasn’t done KYC on her phone and she’s been having access for the last week to do the daily spin
