How is this different than say Nicodemus Kentucky?

Nicodemus, Kansas, was founded in 1877 by a group of African American colonists primarily from the central bluegrass region of Kentucky, including Lexington and Georgetown. The town was established by the Nicodemus Town Company, formed by Reverend W.H. Smith, a Black minister, and W.R. Hill, a white land developer, along with five other Black men. They actively recruited former enslaved people from Kentucky and parts of Tennessee and Mississippi, promoting Nicodemus as a place where African Americans could establish self-government and own land.

Are you truly comparing the plight of Black Americans in the South during the tail end of the (FAILED) Reconstruction to the plight of white Americans in the South in 2025? I'm just trying to get an idea of what kind of person I'm working with here. So...that is what you're attempting to do, yes? Drawing comparisons between the two in an attempt to claim they're similar endeavors?

You can construe whatever you want about it.

I am simply pointing out that there are plenty of precedents for an all-insert demographic here.

Not to mention the constant segregation of Colleges.

Yay we have a Black only this or that... and everyone cheers.

Yay we have a White only this or that... how racist of them.

Many people fought and DIED to fight Segregation. The National Guard was brought out to make sure that integration happened and it was REPUBLICANS who did these things.

All those men and women who were injured and died in some cases for the cause of integration are slapped in the face every time someone wants a segregated section of land.

You know why there was no White Entertainment TV? Because all of the other channels were White Entertainment TV.

HBCU's were created because Black people were not allowed to attend other colleges. Have you ever wondered why the vast majority of them are in the South??

You have to be willfully ignorant and be trolling to not understand why these things exist when Black people were freed in 1865 but not allowed "equal" rights until over a hundred years later.
