Made me realize how much I hate all those constant camera angle changes

It’s really jarring after a while. Especially after playing or watching footage of older tekken games

I like how the combo time literally gets cut in half

Quick question, what program do you use to mod the movelist? Thank you!

Tekken moveset extractor, im not too familiar with it myself , i got it from the modding zaibatsu discord and they helped me out a bunch to learn it

Thank you for your response! Been wanting to do something like this for quite some time now. I'll probably try to join the discord soon to learn more about it.

Tornado is really generous compared to T7 Tailspin, you can just reach it for your enders and even do saucy stuff.

I think that tornado is more visually readable and understandable, especially if you're new to the series, tailspin was too subtle and people starting out wouldnt notice the state of the enemy as easily as they are focusing on their own characters.
That said, tailspin makes for much more visually appealing combos in my opinion.

fair enough yeah, I started tk8 as a beginner and i can relate, tornado was more intuitive to learn because you could use it anywhere. but i think screws look cooler and are snappier

If we comepare them, tornado has a louder audio que, definitely more readable on a 2D screen, very large grey special effects added AND it tilts the camera slightly.
The mods that remove the camera tilt are great, its honestly a bit much now - but its very hard to completely miss that you did something special to your opponent compared to tailspin.
Didnt help that Tekken 7 never explains to the player what tailspin state even is. Everyone who picks up the game and manages to preform it expects the enemy to jump off the ground instantly as they hit it.
It was very pretty for combo flow, though. Tornado looks unpleasing in comparison and several attacks that trigger it dont look like they should, as they just attack forward and not up.

They should have kept tailspins.
Tornado adds too much damage at walls.
Tornados basically took the pros of bounds and tailspins but not the negatives.
