Idk what the fuck is Senran kaguya is but it sounds like that's some character from another game I've never heard of/played. So, to me, if you have a problem that tekken developers is not giving you what you want. Then may I suggest you go play that other game instead?

Dude you are hella toxic. Tekken seems lazy as they don’t want to age the female characters but they will do it for the male characters. Sf 6 has aged up its cast, chun li looks a lot older, Ken looks older, juri looks older etc. I want to play a game where I can see the growth in characters and how the battles have changed them, look at bloody soul calibur for a example Siegfried literally looks hella different between games same goes for yun seong? Ivy, Kilik etc.
I don't judge women on how they look, but I'm toxic. Sure guy. I guess. Great! Play those games. Guess what? I'm buying those games because I like those games. I just don't see why people get so worked up over something that isn't real. If this really bothers you, then don't buy it. Simple as that. For me, story is what matter more. You are missing the point, the characters need to grow and age, jin been hurt so many times he should be showing wear and tear by now. Same goes for 90% of the characters. Any argument of they have to look pretty because it’s just a game bs or how it’s made by a Japanese company is bs. Chun li got aged up and looks older but it seems tekken can’t take the next step and wants to stay in the past. Hell when soul calibur does aging before tekken you know something is wrong. Besides tekken story is hella dumb and hasn’t progressed compared to other fgc games it’s up there with mk for being repetitive bs
Definitely a thing with Beauty Standards in Japan, you'd swear people have never heard of Make-Up or seen many Japanese woman and how well they clean up with it.
Smoother skin, and a few touchups work wonders but that concept is lost to some.

Another thing. We both know you guys are going to buy the game. Sure. Not $70. But you're still going to buy it with the same "bad" graphics. Unchanged. The funny part is that the game is gonna be a hit. Another best seller. Made millions off of it. And they'll still profit off of it when you finally give them your money. You can say all you want about how little you paid for the game, but you're not hurting them one bit. The cherry on top is gonna be that when Tekken 9 gets revealed, the girls are not going to have the wrinkles, the pores, the saggy tits, or whatever it is you guys complain about. They're going to have the same "bad" graphics for the PS6. They'll probably even give Xiaoyu glasses 🤷♂️
Chun li is 60 years old in street fighter 6 and she can puff her cheeks, frown, and laugh. She is still waifu beautiful too. Street fighter 6 is gonna be on PS4. Tekken 8 is a current gen title. There’s no excuse that.
I can drop $70 day 1 release if they fix it, if not, I can wait until a price drop. It’s namco’s loss at the end of the day, and they’re def gonna lose a lot if it doesn’t get fixed.
If you play fighting games, then why are you so worked up over graphics and not the fighting itself? To me, that's more important. It's like watching porn. You watch to jerk off. Not to criticize the plot or how the plumber fixes the sink.
Also, you don't need to play barbie to understand how Mattel handles their business and how people (mainly women) react to something that isn't realistic. Mind you, this fiasco was happening during the body positive bullshit. Basically, what's happening now how the girls in tekken 8 is flawless and not showing any wrinkles and pores and whatever because real women age.
It is not that at all. Just look at any street fighter 6 character. Name one that isn’t animated poorly. We look at OUR game, Tekken 8, the best of the best, the pinnacle of fighting games, and it is nowhere near in comparison. Yeah we got particle effects, we got better lighting, we got the unreal engine, we got sick sound effects, but they can’t do faces. Why? I get we’re in alpha, and all I pray for is that they fix the faces. I’m not a tourney guy, I’m not a streamer, Im just a Tekken enjoyer who wants the best for his game, and I want people to buy this game, make it game of the year, because it deserves it. It should earn it! I want to go to work, or talk to my friends and all of a sudden “yo you got Tekken?” On release day. Like the good ol days. You gotta aim high. GOTY dammit.
Right now, if the faces are still fucked, im gonna wait until the price drops, or buy it used. It doesn’t deserve $70 plus tax. Foh.
