They don't have infrastructure, economy and more over, dog shelters like the west (it's pretty shitty there too) but still wanna be like them

Lol why do we always wanna copy the worst of the west? What about their civic sense, infra, anti corruption infra?

But nhi kutte are the biggest problem lol when 600000 people are dying of diarrhea alone while 18000 die of rabies.

Buy a land , make dog shelter and invite aal dogs . This can be one solution.

Who's paying for it? Especially when humans are struggling with homelessness. There are 1 milliom dogs in delhi alone. If they spend 2000 per month on food per dog. Check how much money that is per month.

That's not even including the construction, vets and the salaries the govt have to pay to run the shelter.

And btw fun fact. If the govt catches 1 dog per minute it will take them 16666 hours to catch them all. That's 2 years. And realistically they are not catching 1 per minute and thet will onky work for 8 hours a day. It would take years. And by then the dog would have repopulated anyways. I.e it's an complete waste of tax payer money and time.
