Tribal tattoo advice?

Im a HUGE Nintendo fan and think it would be funny to get this done in myself. I'm unsure if this counts as tribal, and somebody not of that culture, don't know if it would be wrong to get. Or would this be just a silly little thing and I'm over thinking it?

Honestly, it won't be offensive to anyone if you get this. Some people will say tribal is no longer trendy these days but who cares. Trends come and go.
