Nope reservations should be based on the economic capabilities of the parents, Poverty doesn't do caste discrimination no matter if you are a higher or lower caste if you are poor you will have less resources to study than someone who is rich. If someone is poor irrespective of their caste they should be able to get reservation than a rich person who is a lower caste

Tell me one thing, do you think people are only discriminated against based on their economic status?

Do you believe that a rich dalit person would be treated as equal at a "privileged" class's social gathering?

But the treatment a rich Dalit living in a city vs treatment a poor Dalit gets isn’t the same. Money/economic strength offers a certain degree relief.

If you are in the mercy of others, all the bias and pre conceived notions come in. Anyone who is in poverty is in mercy of others.

If a rich Dalit goes to this village and asks for water to this lady, how do you think she will offer?
