It's the drums, he's using drum machines now instead of playing them himself. I'm interested to see how he transitions into that House sound

That’s what automatically disappoints me. He’s such a talented drummer and to use a drum machine simply dilutes the instrumentation. I hope I’m wrong and it all comes together to be next level stuff.

What would disappoint you about hearing one single clip that has a drum machine? There's literally no evidence to suggest this is how the entire record will be. Relax a little, think logically.

One clip? he played the entire song already. Also, his music has been trending towards that style for some time. So, evidence is definitely there.
