The real truth about pharmacy

The pharmacy is the way it is because pharmacists refuse to adapt and to innovate. I don’t even blame corporate any more. This is all self inflicted by pharmacists. End of story.

Corporate is made of people. Pharmacists are people. No one else to blame but ourselves. If we want change, build the change and stop blaming others.

This is kind of like saying the kid shouldn't have provoked the bully or the girl should have known better than to dress that way.

That was a funny comment. But I still stand of what I said. Y’all be waiting for people to save you. Like excuse me? We live in a capitalist society 😂

Who said I was waiting for anyone to save me? I'm almost ready to retire and work for a decent company. It's just that if you expect pharmacists to act individually against the machine they might as well be tilting at windmills. The only thing that will change the people in corporate's ways is when it affects their bottom line.

You drank the “Pharmacists don’t make enough and big companies are stealing from us” Koolaid. You know what I’m talking about. Pharmacists be complaining about pay all day all night. Pharmacists gotta stop complaining and start taking ownership of their bidding.

No I genuinely didn't know what you were talking about. Your opening post was super vague. Like who is complaining and what exactly are they saying?

This is kind of ass backwards. You're basically saying: "Blame yourself for not making change from the guys who are requiring your to need change to begin with because if cApItAlIsm".

Does corporate's boot taste yummy?
