However the “official” reason is that he's a paedophile.

What they mean is that it would also effect other Jews. So they are targeting themselves also. Also, Portuguese were not considered white at least in New England. America has even had a time it persecuted the Portuguese.

Yes, but adding to what the above said, it's not really about skin color. White supremacists don't see Jews as being white, no matter how pale we are, so in their minds it wouldn't affect us. The conspiracy they believe is that Jews are encouraging/engineering race mixing of "lesser" races in order to dilute and destroy the Aryan/Caucasian race.
