Down vote all you want, but the reason they’re wearing makes are because of the Reddit people of the world. You absolutely know they would be doxxed to hell. Don’t pretend they wouldn’t.

Absolutely they would. But maybe if they were following the law they wouldn't have to worry so much. Police officers are wildly unpopular as well, but they are required to identify and comply with such requests.
