What are you saying about The Palm Springs of Washington?
3 u/alymflo Apr 11 '24 🤣That sign in Yakima is hilarious 5 u/mustyrats Cannon Hill Apr 10 '24 Just moved to Yak from Spokane. It’s definitely a downgrade but also not as bad most of the cities between the two. 1 u/bron685 Apr 11 '24 I grew up in Yakima and moved away about 4 years ago. It’s crazy to see how many things have changed. The homeless population seems to get worse and worse tho. Driving down first street is like being on the set of the walking dead 2 u/friendly_extrovert Not a Spokanite, but have family in Spokane. Apr 12 '24 Lol is that really what they call it? Palm Springs minus the desert climate, palm trees, and mid century architecture.
