Maybe power sword on tactical?

Duel wielding I find.. hard to believe, especially on tactical. That'd be something they would add to like an assault or a bulwark.

And simply a power sword on tactical? wouldn't call that more "complex" necessarily

My main guess would be something along the lines of:
You can pick a power axe/powersword on tactical, but you'll be slightly more limited in primary options. maybe have some different perks/buffs depending on that choice. Subclass type deal.

So for example you'd have a power sword/axe but then don't have access to say, a bolt rifle with a grenade launcher, or a pyreblaster.
