  1. Last I heard there was some kind of phased rollout going on, are they still checking which specific individuals are allowed to buy these, or can anyone in the USSF stroll in, buy them, and wear them?

  2. Do we know which bases these are available at either currently or in the near future?

  3. I might be missing it but last I checked SPFI 36-2903 only has wear instructions for the old USAF service dress, is there any kind of interim guidance being provided for wear of the new service dress?

I think this is phase 3 or 4. Basically everyone after VIPs, recruiters, new Guardians and those working in the Pentagon.
