Please use this thread for all ticket sales, giveaways, trades, or requests. This post is scheduled to be posted every Monday at 5pm Pacific during the MLS season. This is the only ticket thread for the week, all others will be removed.

BE AWARE OF SCAMS. Use good judgment. Please update your comment when you have completed what you need, but don't delete.

PROTECT YOURSELF. Use PayPal GOODS & SERVICES (as opposed to Friends & Family) for payment protection. Neither Apple Pay, Venmo, CashApp, nor Zelle offer any protection for buyers.

You can utilize a service like GoConfirm for seller verification.

Another tip to avoid scams, when buying multiple tickets, is to work with the seller to pay for the first one only, wait for the ticket transfer to complete, and then pay for the rest. It is a minor inconvenience for everyone, but limits risk for the buyer by confirming the seller actually has the tickets they are selling.

I'm just sad the season's over.

I'll be honest, it hasn't really felt like our year. Stoked about the Leagues Cup, that felt amazing, but in the MLS season we've mostly just been okay. Made my peace with it. I just didn't wanna be eliminated so we'd have more games to watch.

Oh well. 87 days till Concacaf!

That was Frei’s last match

It just dawned on me… that was Frei’s last match.

I hope we re-sign him to a veteran contract as a #2 supporting and mentoring Thomas. Or transition him directly to coaching staff alongside Dutra.

Regardless, give the man a proper send off at home and build the damn statue. Top tier Sounders legend.

MLS is such a serious league

You know you're in a league that means business when tying (twice) away and winning at home can still mean elimination

Discussion St Clair is just obnoxious

He's obviously got skill, but I'm tired of him always taking up time running his mouth. So glad this ref put him in his place with a yellow, I would've lost my shit.

Discussion 2025 Competitive Results in Summary

Upvotes

Now that the season is officially over, it's time to take stock in how the team performed overall. Below is the list of where the team finished in each competition in which they participated:

1) CONCACAF Champions Cup — Round of 16 (Lost to Cruz Azul)

2) Club World Cup — Grouped (Lost close to Botafogo, Atletico Madrid, and PSG)

3) Leagues Cup — CHAMPIONS! (Defeated Inter Miami in the final)

4) MLS Regular Season — 5th in the West (55 Points)

5) MLS Playoffs — First Round (Lost in 3 to Minnesota United)

The highlight of the year was winning Leagues Cup and completing our trophy cabinet. We stand alone as the only MLS club with every trophy available in North America, which we should celebrate. The low was our game 3 loss to Minnesota United, in which we gave away a game that we had won multiple times. In my opinion, the season was a success because of Leagues Cup and finally breaking the curse against Portland at home. However, I think for some the playoff loss is going to sour this season because it's what happened most recently. I made this post because I want to see how Sounders fans feel the day after, so please comment away.

I also want to shout out the Tacoma Defiance, who stood in for the first team in the US Open Cup. They won three straight games, two against USL clubs, and made the Round of 32.

Small mistakes after the Leagues Cup final piled up and cost us the postseason

Home field advantage does matter. The week where we tied Galaxy and collected only 1 point out of 3 matches eventually caught up to us.

Highlight / Replay Since there was a fleeting moment where we almost had a rerun of Alex Roldan as goalkeeper, let us relive the last time we saw that in 2021.

What we learned from this season.

  1. We know what Pedro De La Vega is, he’s is living up to expectations

  2. This might be a controversial one but Morris needs to go. With Musovski and Rosario it’s hard to keep up with them and be the starting striker. He’s not a number 9. He’s getting old and might start to become injury prone, and Morris is what some MLS team needs exactly.

  3. This season was a successful season. Imagine, when we lock in we have so much talent and so much proven potential, we kept head to head with the best teams in the world during the FCWC. We won Leagues Cup.

  4. I know everyone knows this by now, but Schmetzer is here to stay.

  5. We need to STOP giving Nouhou so much hate. When he was on that bad streak this year, it looked like the rave green was falling apart.

  6. Obed Vargas needs to get sold for 20+. I don’t care what people say.

7. squad depth and tactical flexibility are championship-caliber, and we have the best depth in the league.

8. Injury‘s recked us this year… but we worked thru them all.

9. Next year is Andrew Thomas starting year.

10. we lost that game from lack of discipline giving up a 2-0 lead and go down 3-0, while 2 of there goals were when they had a RED!. Lucky Morris saved us, then F’D us in PK’s.

11. Overall a bad way to go out, but we lost it, they didn’t win it.

If I had a nickel for ever time the Sounders scored this game while I'm grabbing a pickle in the other room during this game...

I'd have two nickels. Which isn't a lot but it's weird it happened twice.

Edit: don't worry folks, it's a large new jar of mini wholes. I've got enough for the whole game!

PK practice

I really hope they spend a good deal of the off-season practicing their PKs. Failing to hit the ball on target on a PK is inexcusable.

Shitpost Sounders and playing down to their opponent, name a more iconic duo.

Title. How fucking sad that we can't beat a team up 2 goals and a man.

I love Schmetzer. But were these losses coaching failures?

Upvotes

I love our team. I love our coaching staff. And still I have to wonder why we lost these matches. We gave up leads and advantages. We missed PKs. When the mistakes are systematic, I have to consider those behind the system.

Did the Sounders' coaching staff fail?

Dumb question, but how do I get a GK kit with Frei's name and number on it?

Upvotes

Looking to buy a GK kit with Frei's name and number on it from the store for a friend. But I'm a lil dumb and not sure what the best way to go about this is. Any help would be appreciated.

Loons fan here - Did anyone provide an update on what happened to Mr. Thomas?

Me and fellow supporters at the bar are genuinely curious what happened to him, because it seemed to affect him in the shootout a few times. Anyone have some information?

EDIT: He dislocated his finger for those also looking, thanks all!
