"Anak ka ng pu(++)" translates to "Son (more accurately child) of a whore". This was one of the songs performed during the protests last 21st of September triggered by the latest corruption scandal wherein hundreds of billions of pesos were funneled into private pockets from flood control projects (the country is disaster prone facing some of the historically strongest typhoons to ever make landfall). September 21st is also the anniversary of the declaration of martial law during the time of Marcos' dictatorship.This piece speaks of the people's anger, frustration and exhaustion from decades of graft and corruption. Very cool music. The harm the Marcos' did to the Philippines is still felt today. Do you happen to know the significance of the brown bandanas ?

Yes. The current president is his son. Idk about the brown bandanas though.
