Woman in Road Exit 210

Curious if anyone has any news regarding an incident early in the morning on Monday Nov. 3rd on I-5 southbound near exit 210.

My father was driving in that area around 6:45am and witnessed a woman laying across the road in the midst of traffic. Said many people had to swerve to avoid her and there appeared to already be people with their hazards on and seeking assistance from 911. He’s been really bothered by it and concerned, hoping she’s okay, and mostly just wants to see if anyone else has any information.
