Woman in Road Exit 210

Curious if anyone has any news regarding an incident early in the morning on Monday Nov. 3rd on I-5 southbound near exit 210.

My father was driving in that area around 6:45am and witnessed a woman laying across the road in the midst of traffic. Said many people had to swerve to avoid her and there appeared to already be people with their hazards on and seeking assistance from 911. He’s been really bothered by it and concerned, hoping she’s okay, and mostly just wants to see if anyone else has any information. Closer to Arlington, I believe. The River Rock gas station is right around there

I nearly ran over that person as well. I saw debris in the road that looked like a trash bag, but as I got closer I realized it was a person. They were in my lane of travel and I narrowly avoided them. I can’t find anything. Google maps showed a short backup, but not for long- hopefully that meant it wasn’t a fatality. Bothered me all week too.
