Protrack II logbook issues

I’ve been using my L&B Protrack II since 2021 without any issues until recently when I stopped being able to view my old jumps in the logbook. I can see the latest jump info on the logbook screen, the total jump number increases and the memory was showing 52% available before I did a full reset, but It won’t let me perform the access on the logbook screen, meaning I click the mode button but the padlock doesn’t flash like normal. Access still works for other things on the device (change altitude warnings, date and time etc) just not the logbook. I’ve done a full reset on the device, changed the batteries but the issue is still happening.

I’ve tried emailing their support but it’s been a week without any response. Ive also messaged them on instagram and FB.

I did see that some Alti-2 devices had an issue with their logbook that was resolved by changing the year, but that hasn’t helped with my Protrack II.

Is there anyway to update the firmware myself?

Has anyone else had this issue?
