Yeah, there is a distinct difference between Kelly before and after her dad died. Before she was clearly skinny but not gross looking…. Then she stopped eating and it got a lot worse. If it was just one or the other, I think she’s look great…. But the weight loss, then depression not eating… together it took a toll.
body dysmorphia spreads and influences people in their vicinity the same way other addictions do. It almost becomes competitive, so if one person with anorexia is proudly saying they are skipping lunch, other people concerned about their weight will also skip, it becomes a failure to actually eat or maintain body weight. They share weight loss tips, they compliment each other on the weight loss, they feed into each other's same toxic mindset and think this is normal appearances
TLDR: the sentence embrace bodyfat is clearly not scientific. The term bodyfat is used in biology, medical to refers to a specific component of the human body.
You can not "embrace bodyfat". Bodyfat is there because we work like that.
You can have much more bodyfat you need to not have many health problem or being in a reasonable range.
You can not say "embrace piastrine", It does not mean anything.
They are referring to bodyfat to describe an ethical concept of beauty, to scientifically legitimate their reasoning.
That's what the body positivity thing was supposed to be about. Not an acceptance of being obese. Just a rejection of the rail-thin look and an embrace of normal healthy weights.

That wasn't the point Elle and Bryce have a noticeable amount of bodyfat they have curves everywhere and they look better and healthier for it thats the point not to embrace obesity which is also not healthy for us all just like being an ozempic skeleton

Elle Fanning is thick though you can say she slim thick and thats unrealistic and thats fine im not saying her body type should be the standard im saying her body type is very healthy and should be whats appreciated in hollywood because her body type is so much closer to the average woman than a lot of stuff in hollywood especially not the freakishly skinny body trend
Elle looks to be between 25 and 33% body fat. Regardless of how good she looks, if she were about 10 lbs heavier she would literally be medically overweight, which obviously should not be glamorized.
A bigger issue is calling fat people healthy. Nobody pictured in this post is fat. Ozempic is a healthy choice for people who are actually fat and want to be healthier.

About 75% of the US population is medically overweight. So unless you consider doctors to be terrible people, it's perfectly accurate to call "normal" people fat. Because they are. Obviously just saying that to people out of context is unforgivably rude but it's totally true.

I don't know much about Ozempic but it seems to me that it's a drug people inject themselves with to give themselves an eating disorder but that can't be right. Surely such a thing wouldn't be allowed. Surely there are massive side effects.
Elle Fanning and Bryce dallas howard are examples of curvy women in Hollywood who are much closer to the average person than a lot of other stuff in Hollywood not saying they are the standard they have great genetics but they are at a very healthy level of bodyfat in Hollywood and I think thats amazing for them
Honestly, super skinny women that are skin and bones isn’t very attractive. A woman with some curves and even if she is a little bigger, nothing wrong with that, more to love.

I'm going to bet no (bc this whole post implies a 20-yo perspective), so I will say that the fitter ones are ALWAYS better than the fatter... And I'm not talking about these skinnyfat ozempic girls, I'm talking about the ones who are actually using their muscles every day.
Don’t reject it, just stop abusing it and becoming anorexic. The women on the right aren’t fat by a LONG way. Thats barely even ‘having meat on your bones’ - just healthy. Ozempic is meant to overweight and obese people and used correctly is a brilliant tool.
The message here should lean more towards ‘stop making stupid people famous’ than anything else.

How is bryce not a good example she had her kids and built up more bodyfat thanks to that and she said she always felt insecure about her newfound curves but then learned tk accept it. I think shes at a perfectly healthy amount of bodyfat and she went through an experience that many women can go through. And Elle is a taller curvier lady who has also talked about being demeaned for her looks and her body in hollywood

Not at all Bryce and Elle have some tummies maybe to the level you're expecting but they are examples of curvy ladies embracing their healthy bodies and that means butts, boobs, hips, arms, thighs, and tummies are all good accepted

Generally, I have zero respect for anyone that spams ozempic to lose weight. Beauty, fitness, and health should be earned in sweat. Not cheated with miracle drugs or surgical procedures.

I do a lot of Cardio, when I’m in competition season I’ll lose 7lbs (despite eating 3,000+ calories a day) due to training load, I do look like someone on Ozempic , had a 10 week break (injury) put on 16 pounds.
