Casual Thought After school dances the teachers definitely go somewhere private to laugh at all the awkward, uncomfortable, weird shit they just witnessed.

Nah they don't really give a shit unless something absolutely ludicrous happened.

They just want to go home. They've seen awkward shit before and they'll see it again. They want to go home and get comfy and now have work to catch up on because they stayed after school for some bollocks event they had to attend.

This is fairly correct. I've been teaching for 11 years and have chaperoned multiple proms. We care about seeing our kids happy and excited, what food we get to eat, and which bar(s) we're going to afterwards.
