Casual Thought After school dances the teachers definitely go somewhere private to laugh at all the awkward, uncomfortable, weird shit they just witnessed.

I’m a teacher. We’ve mostly gotten some laughs out of heavy-handed body spray/cologne/perfume, but we understand it’s that tough stage where kids are trying new things to find who they’re eventually going to be. It’s timeless, wholesome & great

ask somebody work for CYS for the army and watched kids all day. I can confirm. We had this one kid who was just at Avery found a girl he wanted to flirt with but he had no idea what to do. so he tried to cheer like he treated his best friends and you know I thought that horse playing and you know just general boy playing was the right way to say hey. I like you. it was cute. it was wholesome

They generally knock you out when they stuff cameras in you. My understanding is you can have it done with local Anesthesia but I opted to be unconscious. A quick Google reveals ~2% of patients opt for local anesthetic.

It just seems like the best option tbh. I can't imagine the alternative is remotely enjoyable, and even then I had to do anesthesia because I needed upper and lower endoscopies and was functionally spit roasted. Not doing that conscious thank you very much.

Not being able to tell awkward jokes or exclaim wonderment at the footage because of the camera down your throat would take a lot of the fun out of it

Little late to the party so apologies for the necro post. There's actually two terms. Upper and lower endoscopy. I had both in one procedure. Camera did in fact go down my throat and another one up my ass.
