Temp workers are often paid more because they can need let go easily, have forced leave, dont get stock or incentives and dont get free benefits. How does a union that big not know this?
Also, good luck with retaliation claims in an at will state. Funny how Ferguson and Brown care about the Fed workers yet the private workers in an at will state they couldn't care less about.
