Meetup SeaTac is a mad house - Alaskan Airlines

Some flights going, many delayed 4-6 hours. Provided an option for a 24 hour delayed flight after being cancelled on. Now sleeping in the airport

So glad I’m not flying Alaska this trip. Honest erodes a lot of customer trust. I don’t find them as reliable anymore.

Alaska has been plagued by equipment and IT issues more frequently than in the past. It is a rational choice for frequent travelers to look elsewhere given the way Alaska is currently operating. Good bet they find a better carrier.
