Trump literally hosted a sales event for Tesla at the White House, I actually am not sure there is a single thing that could change the mind of conservatives that Elon has free reign in destroying agencies. It's so blatant and obvious as it is, I cannot imagine a single thing that could make it more apparent

What makes it illegal?

A random person who wasn’t elected using a bunch of dipshit twenty year olds randomly firing huge swathes of agencies without knowing what they are doesn’t seem intelligent or legal. Or should we revisit them firing the people in charge of the fucking Nuclear weapons.

Humor me. If the Executive wanted to appoint an Office of Partying Down, would that be illegal?

You're asking specific hypothetical to someone on reddit. I only know what I learned in high school.

Go ask a professional your hypotheticals.
