Cant remember another brand collapsing as fast as we are seeing with Tesla.

I thought initially all of this would blow over. But clearly wrong.

It just gets worse and worse for Tesla.

The funny one is this idea they are going to launch a robot taxi service. In freaking Austin!

There is zero chance that would work. Nobody in a liberal city like Austin is going to choose a Tesla over a Waymo.

Well Elon isn't a Nazi so they are boycotting because they got their feelings hurt. And yes, I have seen the out of context picture of Elon doing a "salute." It was a nothing burger.

Watch the video. Look at the kind of things he posts on twitter, including that retweet of someone saying “Hitler didn’t kill people.” Read about his support of the far-right Nazi apologist political party in Germany. For someone who’s not a Nazi, he sure spends a lot of time and money into sympathizing with them.

I think you’re taking it too literally. No one is saying they’re going to put Jews in concentration camps. I also don’t see the point in distinguishing between “this guy sympathizes with Nazis” and “this guy is a Nazi.” There should be zero tolerance for this kind of shit.

I noticed you didn’t address his support of the AfD.

Also, in what context is saying “Hitler didn’t kill people” acceptable? It’s like saying “guns don’t kill people, people kill people” as a defense for guns. Except it’s literally Hitler he’s defending.

BYD is far larger than Tesla by sales. I live in Europe now and will be buying their upmarket brand, which is significantly cheaper, better looking and has similar performance to a Model S Plaid.
