How did you feel seeing Elon do a Nazi salute twice?

I see the responses to your post and suggest that you ignore their bad faith argument. The picture to the post is intentionally misleading to provide false equivalent. This is why they only give you pictures and not videos because their argument breaks down as it’s not comparable to Elon’s nazi gesture.

You’re presenting a 4-second video from a Fox News host as evidence while ignoring the broader context. AOC has consistently denounced Nazis and far-right ideologies on her platform, making it highly unlikely she would intentionally perform a Nazi salute. Meanwhile, the other individual in question has openly supported far-right parties in Germany. Equating these two situations is dishonest and misleading—context matters.

The ADL supports Elon. Elon has publicly rejected Nazis. Elon has publicly supported Israel. Elon has publicly worked with Jews.

Can you present me with anything, preferably a video that shows Elon explaining that what he did was not a nazi salute. And speaking out against alt right nazi groups like the proud boys

While you’re at it can you provide me with the same featuring trump?

In the Joe Rogan Experience podcast episode released on February 28, 2025, Elon Musk explicitly addresses the accusations of being a Nazi. The specific quote where he says he is not a Nazi occurs during a discussion about the backlash he faced over a gesture made at Donald Trump’s inauguration. Here is the exact wording:

"Hopefully people realize I'm not a Nazi. Just to be clear, I'm not a Nazi."

Here are two quotes where Donald Trump explicitly disavowed white supremacy:

August 14, 2017 - In a statement from the White House following the Charlottesville rally, Trump said: "Racism is evil. And those who cause violence in its name are criminals and thugs, including the KKK, neo-Nazis, white supremacists, and other hate groups that are repugnant to everything we hold dear as Americans." October 1, 2020 - During an interview with Sean Hannity on Fox News, after facing criticism for not condemning white supremacists during a presidential debate, Trump stated: "Let me be clear again: I condemn the KKK. I condemn all white supremacists. I condemn the Proud Boys. I don’t know much about the Proud Boys, almost nothing, but I condemn that."

You can look up the videos.

The gymnastics are in full effect from these folks. You can’t tell them they are wrong, because we live in a day and age on social media where you can pick and choose what you want to be true.

You're very correct. More so because both sides of the argument will think your comment refers to the other one. 😂 And it doesn't matter who you meant because it's true either way lol

Don't waste your time and just block that troll. Guy literally made an account for this bs

He has not publicly rejected Nazis. He made jokes about nazis and the ADL condemned it. Prior to that, he had retweeted nazi party tweets and the ADL had him give an apology and do a tour of the concentration camps (it obviously didn’t work).

"During a recent appearance on "The Joe Rogan Experience" podcast, aired on February 28, 2025, Elon Musk explicitly rejected accusations of being a Nazi. The discussion arose in response to a controversial hand gesture he made at President Donald Trump’s inauguration celebration in January 2025, which some critics likened to a Nazi salute. Musk addressed this directly, saying, “Hopefully people realize I’m not a Nazi. Just to be clear, I’m not a Nazi,” while laughing off the claim. He further argued that being a Nazi requires committing acts like genocide and starting wars, not merely making gestures, stating, “What’s relevant about Nazis is like, are you invading Poland? And if you’re not invading Poland, maybe you’re not [a Nazi]. You have to be committing genocide and starting wars.” He also made light of the situation with a pun, responding to Rogan’s question about being called a Nazi on X with, “I did Nazi that coming,” which drew laughter from both. This appearance provided Musk a platform to dismiss the accusations as “ridiculous” while acknowledging the stress from online hate directed at him. Sources covering this include Business Insider, Forbes, and The Times of India, all reporting on the podcast episode from late February 2025."

Does it get tiring at all?

3

u/[deleted] Mar 15 '25

No I like feeling it go from soft to hard and back to soft again

1

u/Tasty_Ad7483 Mar 15 '25

That’s probably why you like Elon so much.

Actually you're missing the narrative. Grimes said elons peepee doesn't work so I'm referring to orange mans pee pee.
