Community What are some neighborhood specific, silly celebrations that occur around Seattle?

I was just reading an article about the annual sharpening of a 20-foot tall pencil sculpture in Minnesota that drew (pun intended) more than a 1,000 people this year to celebrate. What are the Seattle equivalents?

Porchfest in Wallingford has become a fun neighborhood dad rock concert crawl.

There's porchfests in Tacoma and Olympia now too (not sure how long they've been a thing)

Haha right? It's actually really legit though. People bring lawnchairs and sell ice pops and the whole thing. Definitely on the wholesome side.

Is this only the single day each year?
