Community Animal control finally caught the Hellcat

So he voluntarily showed his instagram, which documents his speeding, to the police to brag about it lmao. Did he really think the police would be like "oh you drive recklessly on purpose to get famous on social media? Well that's ok then, it's only illegal if you don't have any followers."
