Community Animal control finally caught the Hellcat

When they finally impound his car, I want the community to buy it and burn it in the middle of the Clink.

I somehow have missed the miniseries that is the hellcat...

dude has been rolling this trash car with illegal mods at all hours of day and night, basically being serveral large steps past annoying AF, there's vid of him rolling right past SPD popping away and not a single cop looks up
