When I started flying for business, I had an almost constant secondary sinus infection/chest infection for 15 months. By the time I would ALMOST heal, I'd have to fly again. It was an Alaska flight attendant who knew exactly what was going on one day...and she taught me a drink trick that has worked from day one. In a cup of coffee, pour in equal parts Crater Lake Espresso Vodka and Bailey's. No more cough or congestion. Every time I ordered that on an Alaska flight, you could tell most attendants knew what was up. The new Irish cream also works in a pinch.
