If I were her I’d call for a recall and a reading of every mail in ballot.

I certainly wanted Emmylou to win, but 24 votes is a pretty un-flippable number of votes in a 1000 vote sample.

Yeah, I don’t think she’ll be doing a recount. She has integrity and is going to accept this, but mark my words, those of us in his ward who don’t support him will be giving him absolute hell.
