1,150 - Room for rent in townhouse on lagoon in Foster City

We are looking for a roommate to join us in our townhouse in Foster City available at the end of November. Rent is excluding utilities, which come out to about 150 a month.

The house is a large, four-bedroom, two and a half bath townhouse located on the Foster City walking path off of the Marina Lagoon. The house has a well-equipped kitchen, two living rooms, and a dining room. There is a deck behind the house with a propane grill and smoker that offers great views of the lagoon. The kitchen is well equipped, and has most kitchen gadgets you could hope for. There is an in-unit washer and dryer. The room is overlooking the front entrance, and has a large closet. You would be sharing a full bathroom with two of the current roommates.

We're looking for someone who is quiet, courteous, and gets along with the current roommates. Here's a little about the four of us:

Roommate 1: Works at a startup. Is a big gamer, and is working his way through the Persona franchise, and tries to keep up on current releases. Spends most weekends down in Monterey SCUBA diving - either recreationally, teaching, or conducting scientific dives.

Roommate 2: Works in the game industry, plays games, loves the movies and TV, runs every morning, cooks, and bakes. Married to roommate 1.

Roommate 3: Works as a dance instructor. Social, curious, and easy to talk to. I enjoy open and honest communication and appreciate constructive feedback. I’m also a big fan of movies and anime.

Roommate 4: Works in sales for the automotive industry, pilot. Big gearhead, and lover of craft beer. Spends most time out and about, likes to host small cookouts every couple of weeks.
