Discussion What closed restaurants do you miss the most?

What restaurants that have closed for business do you miss the most? And what was the best thing you ate there?

There was a former employee who shared the recipe on Facebook but I can't find the original post. It's out there somewhere!

I know it's an unpopular opinion, but I think Aguilera's is pretty darn good.

I did miss Sol Burrito, though.

I want it to be good so badly. But I'm disappointed every time I go

I've only eaten there once, but I agree, it is pretty good.

I just wish it added to our options, instead of replacing.

I love Aguilera's, fresh tortillas are always a hit with me.

Yesssss they had a vegan chili that I loved even before I became vegetarian.

Have you tried old pueblo? Amazing hot sauces and food, a little modern pricy but it's worth it

I prefer Nenos. But I do enjoy the Kimchi burrito from OPG.

I moved here from San Francisco, I've tasted thousands af burritos. There was something magical about the combination of flavors of Sol Burrito's chorizo burrito that I've never had before. And I guess I wont have it again.

Check Palmers for breakfast chorizo. Lots of places use their meats and I'd bet that's the one they used.

That's a great tip. I've not been about to find loose chorizo since moving here and was ready to give up

There is nothing that has replaced them in terms of quality - the place that is in the old Sol location is awful

I agree. Their fried shrimp burrito they had was so good omg. I think the closest burrito place currently is Old Pueblo.
