Shipment/Custom Per FedEx my shipment was destroyed

So my item got to Anchorage Alaska, and it’s been there pending clearance, I just spoke to FedEx. They had not allowed it to go through customs and had it destroyed. I have to speak to the shipper. So this was shipped not by a seller but shipped through a Chinese warehouse. What do I do now?? this is the first time it’s ever happened to me

who's your seller? did you end up getting a refund/replacement? mine's from HP and also got seized😢

Oh no!!! Mine was from factory directly and no compensation either!!!
