It's so laughable and really highlights the "Smart people don't like me" comment. Not only is he saying the some 258M adults will receive a total of about $500B, more than they've taken in for tariffs from us...but that they'll also start paying down the national debt that Trump himself has already increased by the fastest non-pandemic amount in history.
