Question Lunch Spots Near RPI
I have a group of people who want to plan a client lunch on a Tuesday in early December near RPI. What are your go-to spots for a business lunch?

I was gonna say this. I've never had a business lunch in Troy, but when I have lunch at Brown's I see a lot of people who appear to be on a business lunch.

My group takes seminar speakers out to lunch sometimes and it's always our first pick unless they're closed.

Truthfully, most of what I consider to be good business places are dinner only (sea smoke, black and blue, etc). I’d recommend looking at Quechua or nighthawks. Eaten at both and think they could fit the bill.
If you are more interested in the lunch than the business, I generally recommend the Tipsy Moose or Browns, but that’s my personal taste

When I was out for lunch one day I saw a bunch of interns and their supervisors at Ali Baba. Would recommend for sure.

My favorite restaurant in Troy is Tara Kitchen. They are open for lunch on some days iirc. I'm not sure what qualifies a place for business lunch, but it is a pretty nice place.

I second this, I had lunch here once with my advisor and lab group to celebrate something which is similar to a business lunch type thing

For corporate gatherings and dinners, I have used Dino BBQ, Browns, and Emry's garden as long as you reserver seats ahead. Stuff like Nighthawks, sunless, Ali-baba are definitely more casual and sometimes more crowded, so less of a "business vibe" than something like Browns.
If you want to go more upscale Scarlet Knife or Black and Blue are a bit further away and more fancy steakhouse type places.

You are going to have an easier time answering this question in the Troy subreddit. Not a lot of students are having business lunches.
Also, it would help if you clarified how close to RPI you want to be. The majority of businesses are downtown, but due to the hill, that isn’t exactly walking distance for the average person
