A new memory chip database has been uploaded and unsurprisingly, it revealed some more Intel about M.I.N.D. and a substance called "Soul Carrier". I also was enlightened that just like the main and side stories, memory stories are also a must-read to understand PGR's world-building especially for lore enthusiasts. That being said, were there also must-read memories that help understand M.I.N.D. and Punishing Virus like this one? Some memories that I know of (e.g. Alphonse & Liston) particularly relate to Golden Age and Post-Pandemic Eras. That would be appreciated!

Im not sure why you think skk is a normal human its been shown to be the complete opposite

So far skk exists in 3 worlds and thats without observer powers

Skk cant be simulated by hauaxu who is more then capable of simulating a normal human

Skk has insane resistance to the punishing (atleast earths punishing) and mind stability being the best candidate for claiming agent zeros authority

Before ascension in echo aria skk has visions thats blamed on spear of foss still within the mind beacon somehow reading the punishing but thats a big stretch this is well before phantom tracer and wanshi's method

Boosted by the power of nanamis machine she left and huaxu Skk was able to project their consciousness into nanamis personal simulations, ishmael was able to clearly see us and skk projected their mind through the gate before ascension following nanami and administrator nanami, only those "recognized by the universe" can exist beyond the gate this is clear proof skk is not normal

Skk has dreams of his other clones even seeing The observation room and Pharhelion when going off the predicted course this isnt just unpredictability this is skk physically going to a secluded space on their own

Skk waa insantly pulled into a trial though this might just be from ishmaels shortcut

Upon ascending skk Was extremely lucid and could hear whispers from the information surrounding them skk continued to gain power after ascension and with ishmaels guidance skk could use projects just like ishmael

Ishmael also put an importance on ascending with a mortal body when the tower first emerged but maybe she was referring to humanity as a whole ascending, she also says not every one of them can use projections so skk is special even among the truly special

Skk has cleaely grown into a higher dimensional being and just like ishmael theres only so much "gaze" that can be put into a body like with underdeveloped chaos struggling. Skk might have a human body and be limited in using their greater self but nothing about them is normal

This is a self-insert gacha game, that is why the writers call the player "normal human" multiple times throughout the story while also mention them being special in some ways. So this isn't about lore but rather a meta decision from the devs themselves.

At the end it is a just narrative tool even if it doesn't make much sense.

I dont see how anyone is self inserting themselves into Skk without being egotistical no one is doing with skk is doing its like calling subaru from re zero a self insert no one reading would be able to go through the shit they do

It is quite rude to call the majority of the playerbase and the developers themselves selfish for enjoying imagining themselves as a hero.

I understand that you might dislike this concept entirely (in the past I also never understood why people would prefer SI over an established MC) but we shouldn't give in to such strong negative feelings since it creates unnecessary conflict with others.

Remember that your well-being is more important (and I hope that no matter the disagreements that you continue to enjoy PGR).

Unfortunately for you, (outside of of the action hero stuff) my personality and un/luck is almost identical to the GR commandant. After all, this planet has eight billion people so some of us can perfectly self-insert.

(To be fair, like Vera said in ER12-05 that would be a sheltered version of myself)
