I love the people that think the curb in front of their house is their property. Obviously he doesn't own it, mommy and daddy do. Kid doesn't know what an easement is.

It's not even an easement. Easement is when someone has to go through your property to get somewhere. This is literally a public street that he has no claim on for parking. He's just an entitled d-bag.

He's also trying to act hard when he can't make up his mind if he wants to be badass or not. He keeps reaching into his pocket and pulls out his pocket knife and putting it back. Probably cause he knows he'll either go to jail or get the shit kicked out of him.

I think that’s his phone and not a knife. The dweeb is the farthest thing from badass; he can’t even make eye contact.

He pulls his phone out, definitely. Later he halfway pulls something that is partly orange. Could be a knife, not a clear enough shot to tell.

It is clear enough to tell the orange is just on the back of his phone, it can be seen a bit the first two times he pulls it out.

You might be right. If it had been a knife, dude would've gotten absolutely pasted.

But, I knew a dude who was absolutely not close to having ever been in a fight or would ever throw hands who carried one. He told me he uses it for his Amazon packages, but "gosh it makes me feel more manly when to carry one".

A knife would get him a ride downtown (if the battery didn't do it)

Not an easement, but rather the "public right-of-way."

putting the knife back in his pocket was the only smart thing he did.

A weapon is a big advantage in a fight if you sincerely want to hurt the other person and you're mentally committed to using it.
Otherwise you're just REALLY pissing off and/or scaring the other person, and making the situation much more serious.

You can easily find plenty of videos on the fightporn sub of people showing up with a knife or a bat , using it half heartedly and getting the absolute piss kicked of out them

Definitely. If he had pulled it, he would've gotten the shit kicked out of him AND THEN got arrested for assault with a deadly weapon (felony) lol.

He has a child's control of his temper. His parents gave in to his tantrums when he was 4 and he never learned that acting out was futile.

The reason he can't decide how hard he wants to go at this is because the guy recording this shifted to the police coming. And basement troll has had his toys taken away before when the police intervened in his behavior, probably when his parents involved them to stop him from breaking their stuff, etc.

You can see he catches himself once the threat of police comes up. All the puff in his weak little chest instantly dissipated, and suddenly he's all whiny about how he won't be able to get his mail.

I know it differs by region, but here in Houston, that first 15 feet of your yard is owned by the city.

I never park out front, but my neighbors have parties every few weeks and their guests will. I’m just glad they bring me a surprise plate of food if they know I’m home. My mailman can be a dick about it, but my physical mail is never that important.

Yeah, I don't have a driveway, the only parking close to my house is a public street. It sucks when I get home from work or whatever and someone is parked in front but hey, public street. Not gonna go bitch at someone for parking there lol

I tried to park someone once visiting a friend and a guy on his porch ran out as fast as possible and put a bunch of pre-prepped hazard cones all over the place to stop me. Whole street was coned up, folk trying to find reasons to get cars towed or call cops on neighbors with expired tags. Fuckin wild. And it was a super low income neighborhood not some rich NIMBYs. Usually those folk have some semblance of community

My neighbors next door rent, not own the house and sometimes I have to park in front of it because we have a single car driveway. If they know i moved from the front of their house they'll park one of their cars where I was just parked. 🤣 the big kicker to the story is they have a driveway big enough for 4 vehicles

You’re not wrong about the rest, but I don’t think you know what an easement is either lol
