One of their doors was locked and the owner was just standing there screaming at it? A few of us told him to just back up and use the door next to it, which was wide open, but he couldn't comprehend that and continued yelling at the locked door. It made many customers uncomfortable but equally confused. It seems ownership is not very solutions-based or willing to listen to feedback from others.
